Raja Yoga is said to be the king of all the yogas. It is the most ancient yoga that originated from India. It is referred to as divine, pure, uplifting, filled with deep secrets and practical knowledge of God in Bhagavad Gita.

Raja Yoga is the combination of two words ‘Raja’ and ‘Yoga’. ‘Raja’ means King and ‘Yoga’ means union or connection. The very meaning of it is to become a king over our mind and senses by having the union, i.e., a loving relationship with the Divine. It enables us to see our highest potential and realize our eight essential powers of the soul to face the challenges with inner stability, confidence, and understanding. This study empowers us to stabilize in our true religion of soul consciousness and transcend the sensual pleasures and experience the ‘Super Sensuous Joy’ while performing all the actions.

Raja Yoga allows one to liberate from pain and sorrow (mukti) and bring instant relief through accurate understanding of the self, our true purpose/aim, the Supreme Soul, laws of spirituality, three aspects of the world drama time cycle, and accurate method of yoga.
