A.V.V. does not operate as a profit or non-profit organization. It is ‘Not’ registered under any government policy. A.V.V. and its members do not accept any donations, fees, gifts, money, or ostentatious regard from any nonmember, government, or non-governmental organization. It is not A.V.V.'s belief to keep any human gurus.

Adhyatmik Vishwavidyalaya is a Divine (Ishwariya) family, whose aim is to establish a new world filled with the feeling of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbkam’ (the world itself is our family) through the Divine knowledge and easy Raja Yoga that the Supreme Father Supreme Soul Shiva is teaching. A 7-day Spiritual course is offered by Adhyatmik Vishwavidyalaya (A.V.V.).

The beauty of the divine knowledge taught at AIVV is that it is pragmatic. A student can directly apply it to his/her personal life circumstances and experiment with it to see the desired results he/she seeks in life. This makes this elevated knowledge stand out from numerous others that are available in the world. One needs to experience the power that this knowledge bestows on the seeker, to witness the most beautiful self-transformation and thereby empowerment of the self that is impossible otherwise. Students are not judged but understood and respected for the varied backgrounds and life situations they come from. The members of this University transcend the barriers of caste, creed, gender, status, language and religion and cooperate in the establishment of Vasudhaiva Kutumbkam in practice. This proves the practicality of the knowledge imparted by AIVV.

आध्यात्मिक विश्वविद्यालय कोई प्रॉफिट या नॉन-प्रॉफिट संस्था नहीं है ना ही वह किसी भी सरकारी नीति के तहत रजिस्टर्ड है | आ.वि.वि. व उसके सदस्य किसी गैर-सदस्य, सरकार या सरकारी निकाय/संगठन से किसी प्रकार का दान, दक्षिणा, उपहार, धन या दिखावटी सम्मान स्वीकार नहीं करते हैं | किसी भी मानव गुरु को रखना आ.वि.वि.की मान्यता नहीं है।

आध्यात्मिक विश्वविद्यालय (आ.वि.वि.) एक ईश्वरीय परिवार है, जिसका लक्ष्य है- परमपिता परमात्मा शिव द्वारा दिए जा रहे ईश्वरीय ज्ञान और सहज राजयोग के द्वारा वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् की भावना से ओतप्रोत एक नए विश्व की स्थापना करना। इस विश्वविद्यालय के सदस्य आत्मिक स्मृति के आधार पर जात-पात, पद, भाषा, और धर्मों की सीमाओं को लाँघते हुए वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम की स्थापना में प्रेक्टिकली सहयोगी बनते हैं |
